House Rules
WE STRICTLY FOLLOW
Occupancy & Capacity
The pricing is for 4 people however The bungalow can accommodate maximum of 15 people. Over and above 4 people each guest will be charged Rs 1,000/- per person per day.
Smoking Policy
Smoking 🚬 and sheesha inside the living room and bedroom is strictly not allowed 🚫. We have many open spaces where you can smoke. If found smoking inside, there will be a penalty of Rs 1500/-.
Visitor Policy
No outside guests/visitors allowed for lunch/dinner/parties etc. without permission. We charge Rs 1,000/- for each visitor even if they are not staying over.
Couples & IDs
We allow couples. Government ID proof (Xerox & Original) of both guests must be submitted at the time of check-in.
Special Occasions
For celebrations or get-together parties, special permission is required. A refundable deposit of Rs 10,000/- will be charged at check-in.
Shoots & Commercial
Permission required for all shoots. Charges depend on shift (10-12 hours). Extra hours charged full shift after 6 hours. Refundable deposit: Rs 20k.
Barbecue 🍖
Only at designated areas. Set-up, coal, and skewers provided. Caretaker service: Rs 500/-. Not available during monsoon season.
Pet Policy 🐾
Trained pets allowed. Carry own bed. Not allowed on beds/sofas. Cleaning fee of Rs 2,000/- if linens are damaged or dirty.
House Hygiene
Outside shoes are strictly not allowed 🚫 inside the house. Please keep them outside to maintain cleanliness.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of Rs 5,000/- is required at check-in, refundable at check-out. Breakages or damages will be charged.
